FUEL TANK
High quality, tough, lightweight, non rusting fuel tanks made from high density polyethylene. Fully approved to AS2906. Come complete with vented cap and fuel pickup assembly with filter. GERRY CAN
Manufactured to Australian Standards AS2906, these lightweight plastic jerry cans are ideal for carrying spare fuel. Supplied with a bright yellow nozzle designed to be self venting to prevent "glugging" and spillage.

FENDERS

Blue Tip Fenders

Heavy duty with reinforced ends. Extra thick walls and ends. .U.V stabalised PVC (white bodies with blue tips). Range includes small to medium for trailer boats & cruisers, and giant sizes for large, heavy vessels. Sizes may vary slightly due to pressure and temperature.

FENDERS
The economically priced fenders are pneumatic pre-inflated shock absorbent type. Made from flexible white PVC material with moulded raised ribs to help preventing the fender rubbing along the boats hull.

EVA FOAM CUSHION FENDERS
Closed cell foam. Soft surface. Floats. 45mm thick. Four holes to tie ropes. 490mm long, 180mm wide, 50mm high.

BURKE TRADITIONAL FENDERS

Durable cloth reinforced vinyl cover. Closed cell foam filling. Zip on top. Webbing sewn down sides & across bottom with synthetic rope spliced to top. Inches are nominal/approximate.

Height 370mm (15"), width 300mm, centre thickness 180mm.

FENDER COVERS (SOX)

All round protection. Minimises fender sqeak & scuff marks. Hand washable. Protects gelcoat. Reversible & durable. Material is elastic allowing for slightly larger or smaller fenders.

PVC Covered Fenders:
Block style flexible foam fenders with durable PVC cover. Wide welded seams and reinforced eyelets for years of trouble free service. The 142122 features a ‘contour’ hinging design that adjusts the fender shape to the hulls profile.

SPLICING NUT

A SplicingNut is a two part device that mechanically forms a loop in braided line similar to a splice. A SplicingNut speeds the attachmentof hardware, it is made of high strength glass reinforced polymer.

Description of Product
The SplicingNut is a product that mechanically splices
line in a manner so simple that anyone who can screw in
a light bulb, could splice a braided line. This product has
been seven years in the making, InoDesign, in
conjunction with the U.S. Army’s Natick Soldier Center,
Natick, MA has tested & developed SplicingNut for the
last three years. The SplicingNut holds a patent and there is no similar product on the market.

5 Sizes available from 4mm-10mm.
Advantages
Ease of use, if you can put a light bulb in, you can install a SplicingNut. Not so for splicinga braided line which requires a special tool ( a fid ) and a fair amount of knowledge and
practice.

The bowline knot is notorious for snagging at inappropriate moments. The low profile,bullet shape of the SplicingNut prevents this. The bitter end is secured, not flapping in the
breeze.
Even the best tied bowline comes undone when it is shaken violently seldom does this happen under convenient circumstances. The SplicingNut will not back out, or come
undone unless you want it to. The SplicingNut can be released under tension.

The splice’s long tapered form allows the splice to easily run into a block where it could jam the line into the sheave. The SplicingNut forms a positive stop prior to the loop and thus
prevents the line from jamming in the sheave.
The SplicingNut has the ability to be
repositioned underway where circumstances
or wear dictate, the splice does not.
